THERAPY

Joy and distress are universal aspects of life that are influenced by the unseen relationship we each maintain with ourselves.

Our relationship with ourselves is so fundamental that it affects our decisions, our capacity for and interest in relationships with others, and even the vitality of our moment-to-moment experience.

Meanwhile, the relationship we've each developed with ourselves is so deeply ingrained in how we experience our life that it can be challenging to observe how it influences our emotional experience.

For most of us, this difficulty increases when stress or emotional turmoil increases in our life, making it all the more challenging to work through loss, sadness, anxiety, lack of meaning and other everyday life phases on our own.

We will collaborate toward an increased experience of depth, meaning and self-assurance in your life. Developing a deepened understanding of oneself and practical knowledge for addressing the many challenges we each can expect to encounter throughout life are achievable goals.

Our approach will be grounded in Dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Psychodynamic attachment psychotherapy (PAP), tailored to your current situation and needs.
